PEER REVIEW POLICY

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Innovation in Management and Education (JIME) must comply with the journal's focus and scope as well as its author guidelines. Submitted manuscripts should demonstrate scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the fields of management, education, innovation, and related disciplines.

All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Authors are strongly encouraged to use plagiarism detection software to check the similarity level of their manuscripts before submission. The editorial team conducts plagiarism screening using Turnitin to ensure the originality and integrity of submitted works.

Each research article submitted to JIME undergoes a peer-review process by at least two (2) independent expert reviewers. Reviewers provide valuable scientific comments, suggestions, and recommendations to improve the quality, clarity, and contribution of the manuscript.

The final decision regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript is made by the Editors based on the reviewers' comments and recommendations. The publication of accepted articles, including the order of publication, is determined by the Editor-in-Chief, taking into consideration the date of acceptance, thematic relevance, and the diversity of authors' institutional and geographical affiliations.
