AUTHOR GUIDLENES

Articles submitted to PROSTIK must adhere to the following guidelines:

Language: Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English.
Originality: The manuscript must be original and has never been published in any other scientific periodical.
Scope: Articles should cover topics such as policies, research, conceptual/theoretical reviews, and technical implementations related to engineering and computer science.
Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted online via the journal website. Authors must be registered and logged in to submit. Registration is free of charge.
Formatting:
- Length: 4 to 10 pages (A4, 210 x 297 mm) according to the provided PROSTIK template.
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).
- Margins: Top: 19 mm; Bottom: 43 mm; Left & Right: 14.32 mm.
- Font: Times New Roman (TNR) 10 pt for body text, unless specified otherwise.
Title & Abstract:
- Title: Approximately 15 words, TNR 12 pt, bold, single-spaced, centered.
- Abstract & Summary: Must be provided in both Indonesian and English. Max 250 words, TNR 10 pt, bold, single-spaced.
- Keywords: 3–8 words, separated by commas, TNR 10 pt, single-spaced.
Structure: Systematic writing must include: (1) Introduction, (2) Main Content (Methodology, etc.), (3) Results and Discussion, and (4) Conclusion. Acknowledgements are optional and placed after the conclusion. References must follow IEEE standards.
Headings:
- Level 1: Small caps, centered, Roman numerals (e.g., I. INTRODUCTION).
- Level 2: Italics, left-aligned, uppercase letters (e.g., A. Section Headings).
- Level 3: Italics, numbered with Arabic numerals followed by a parenthesis (e.g., 1) Section Title:).
Figures & Tables: Must be centered, numbered using Arabic numerals, with captions in TNR 8 pt.
Citations: Follow IEEE standards (e.g., [1], [2]). Wikipedia, personal blogs, and non-scientific sources are strictly prohibited. Primary references must be within the last 5 years.

SUBMISSION PREPARATION CHECKLIST

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure compliance with the following items:

The manuscript is original and not under consideration by another journal.
The file is submitted in Microsoft Word format.
The abstract is provided in both English and Indonesian.
The text is single-spaced, 12-point font (standard), with all figures and tables embedded within the text.
Bibliographic style follows the IEEE standard as outlined in the PROSTIK guidelines.
