ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC) POLICY
1. Publication Fee Overview

To sustain the journal's publication workflow and digital operations, Jurnal Teknologi Sistem Informasi dan Sistem Komputer TGD (J-SISKO TECH) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC). These funds directly support manuscript administration, Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform maintenance, editorial management, copyediting, typesetting, and archiving.

2. Standard APC Rates

The publication fee for J-SISKO TECH is set at IDR 300,000 per article. This charge applies only after a manuscript successfully passes evaluation and receives an official acceptance notice from the editorial board.

3. Payment Instructions

Authors are required to settle the APC upon receiving formal notice of acceptance. Specific payment methods and instructions will be provided via official journal communication channels. To streamline administrative verification, please include your manuscript title or reference ID in the payment transfer details.

4. Editorial Integrity & Peer Review

Payment of the APC does not guarantee publication. Every submission undergoes standard editorial screening and double-blind peer review in accordance with J-SISKO TECH’s academic quality standards. Editorial decisions whether acceptance or rejection are strictly based on scientific merit, originality, scope relevance, and peer review assessments, completely independent of the author's ability to pay.

5. Refund Policy

If an APC has been paid but the manuscript cannot be published due to errors or delays solely attributable to the journal, a refund request may be reviewed subject to editorial board approval. Refunds will not be issued if an author chooses to withdraw their manuscript post-acceptance or after production has commenced, unless otherwise decided by management.

6. Fee Transparency

J-SISKO TECH is committed to full financial transparency. Authors are strongly encouraged to review these financial terms prior to submitting their work. There are no hidden costs or submission fees beyond the officially stated APC.
