  2. The manuscript must be original and not previously published in any other scientific journal.

  3. Articles published in this journal include writings on: policy, research, conceptual/theoretical reviews, book reviews, and other information related to issues in engineering and computer science.

  4. Manuscripts must be submitted online via the journal website. Authors must log in to submit manuscripts. For manuscript submission guidelines, refer to the online submission menu. Online registration is free of charge.

  5. The paper must be 4 to 10 pages long in A4 size (210 x 297 mm), following the provided template format, including figures and tables, and must not contain appendices. Manuscripts must be written using Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) with the following margins: top 19 mm, left and right 14.32 mm, and bottom 43 mm.

  6. The Title and Keywords should be written in Indonesian, while Abstract and Intisari must be provided in both Indonesian and English.

  7. The title should be around 15 words, in Times New Roman 12 pt, bold, single-spaced, center-aligned, with 6 pt spacing after. If the title is too long, the editor has the right to revise it without changing its meaning and without the author's approval during final publication.

  8. The title is recommended to be written in proper Indonesian spelling (EYD). Foreign words should be formatted in italic.

  9. Author names must use Times New Roman 10 pt, bold, single-spaced. If there is more than one author, separate names with commas and mark each with a superscript (e.g., 1 for the first author, 2 for the second, and so on).

  10. Include the author’s institutional affiliation, address, postal code, and email address, written in Times New Roman 10 pt.

  11. The article begins with the Abstract and Intisari. These sections must not contain any figures or tables. Use Times New Roman 10 pt, bold, justified alignment, and single spacing. Abstract and Intisari must not exceed 250 words and should accurately reflect the entire content of the article.

  12. Keywords must consist of 3 to 8 words, separated by commas, justified, in Times New Roman 10 pt, single-spaced. Keywords should be chosen carefully to reflect the concepts in the article and to enhance discoverability.

  13. The main body of the manuscript must follow these rules:

    • Written in two-column format with 4.22 mm (0.17") space between columns, justified, Times New Roman 10 pt, single-spaced.

    • Margins must be: top = 19 mm (0.75") ; bottom = 43 mm (1.69"); left = right = 14.32 mm (0.56").

    • The article must consist of four main sections: (1) Introduction, (2) Main Content (e.g., Methodology), (3) Results and Discussion, and (4) Conclusion. An Acknowledgments section may be included after the Conclusion. References appear at the end. The section headings Introduction and Conclusion are mandatory. The “Main Content” section can describe the research method without being explicitly titled “Methodology.” “Results” and “Discussion” can be combined or separated.

  14. Headings are allowed up to 3 levels:

    • Heading 1: Uppercase small caps, center-aligned, numbered with uppercase Roman numerals. Exceptions: “Acknowledgments” and “References” should not be numbered. Example: “I. INTRODUCTION”.

    • Heading 2: Italic, left-aligned, numbered with uppercase letters. Example: “C. Section Heading”.

    • Heading 3: Italic, numbered with Arabic numbers followed by a closing parenthesis, ended with a colon. The text continues on the same line as the heading. Example: This section starts with heading level 3.

  15. Figures and tables must be center-aligned. If a figure or table spans more than one column, it should be placed at the top or bottom of the page. Colored figures are allowed. Figures must be numbered with Arabic numerals. Captions must be written in Times New Roman 8 pt. Single-line captions must be center-aligned, and multi-line captions must be justified. Captions must appear below the figures.

  16. Mathematical equations must be clearly written, numbered sequentially, and include any necessary explanation.

  17. Do not use page numbers, headers, or footers. All hypertext links and bookmarks will be removed. If the article refers to an email address or URL, it should be typed in plain text using the standard font.

  18. Citations and references must follow the IEEE referencing style.

    • Citations must be numbered in order of appearance: [1], [2], [3], etc.

    • Wikipedia, personal blogs, and non-scientific websites are not allowed.

    • Main references should be no more than 5 years old.
