SISTEM KENDALI PENJADWALAN PEMBERSIH KACA PADA GEDUNG BERTINGKAT DENGAN METODE COUNTER BERBASIS PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER

Abstract

Cleaning glass in high rise buildings generally still uses a gondola, the control system for scheduling glass cleaning in high rise buildings with the counter method is designed so that workers in cleaning glass can reduce the high risk of accidents. Hardware consists of a DC motor, servo motor, limit switch, water pump and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the main controller, the counter method is applied as a time setting on the PLC if the time is set, the DC motor will process the command as output for cleaning. glass that moves the brush vertically and activates the water pump to supply water. The test results of this system show that this tool can work to help clean glass more practically and efficiently without having to be cleaned manually with human assistance.
